ABOUT TOPGRADE
Established in October 1994
Topgrade Secondary School (TSS) was established by Chief (Mrs.) L.E. Fowler on the 10th of October 1994 at 6, Adisa Bashua Street, Off Adelabu Street, Surulere, Lagos. TSS is exclusively a day co-educational institution. The concept of TSS is based on the fact that private participation in secondary school education is the only way to supplement the government’s efforts in the country. TSS not only provides a balanced education which prepares students to meet the challenges of university life, but plays a unique role in preparing children today for a successful tomorrow.

Ongoing Admission
Entrance examinations into Junior Secondary School are conducted in MARCH, JUNE AND AUGUST every year for children between the ages of 10 and 11. A student may also be admitted into SS 1 provided such a student has sat for and passed his/her Junior Secondary School Certificate Examinations

Our Programs
JUNIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL
The first three years provide for the Junior Secondary Education. Students are prepared for the Junior Secondary Certificate Examination (JSCE)
SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL
The last 3 years are spent in the Senior Secondary School. This prepares the students for the following public examinations. 1) West African Senior School Certificate Examination(WASSCE) administered by the West African Examination Council (WAEC)
SAT AND IGCSE
The International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) is an English language based examination similar to GCSE and is recognized in the United Kingdom as being equivalent to the GCSE for the purposes of recognizing prior attainment.
